This is Whit's Knits Sparrow's Nest with leftover Fleece Artists boucle' wool and acrylic sock wool. I'm going to felt the nest to make it a bit smaller and bring the fibres close together. The pattern calls for knitting the nest on four needles but I chose to knit it on two and then stitch around the brim (much easier)! This is a free pattern from
